This commission was completed for a family in Houston, TX for their front living room. That living room is currently used as the play area for their two young boys, so the request was to create a painting that would be personal and memorable, but appropriate for that space without being associated with kids. The thinking was to have a painting that would bring back memories for them once they were grown and looked back on their time as kids. Tall order, but we agreed upon a unique style and a vivid color palette that won't just be remembered by the boys.
